Cancellation & No-Show Policy

 At Styled by Nataly, we value your time and our stylist’s schedule. To provide the best service possible, we require the following:

    • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
    • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
    • Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations: May result in requiring a deposit for future bookings or refusal of service.
